    Date & Arden- Multiple- Huge pot holes at stop sign.

    Eastbound Date St. needs to be completely resurfaced. Patch work does not hold up. Very dangerous.

    Citrus and Arden continuously has car accidents. My father was hit by a car at this intersection a few days ago while walking his dog. Thankfully the car was only pulling out of Citrus and didn't cause him any damage. Cars FLY down this street which is cause of concern for all of us residents, our kids, our cars and our homes. Last night there was an accident in front of mine and my neighbors home which caused a fatality. The accident took out my mailbox and trash cans and caused damage to my neighbors yard as well. On behalf of ALL Arden Ave residents, we ask that you PLEASE put in a stop sign on Arden and Citrus, making the intersection a 4 way stop which will help slow down the traffic. Putting a stop sign in at Date and Arden too would be helpful in slowing down the traffic but if you cannot do both, at least put one in on Citrus and Arden. You can look up the history of accidents here and that should justify putting in a stop sign. Peoples homes are being damaged in these accidents as well as other property damage. Myself or my kids could have easily been checking the mail last night when the truck took it out because he was speeding down our road. Specifically a stop sign with a red flashing light on it I believe would help our situation here on Arden.

    Graffiti on curb and walls on citrus st . There are 2 large parts one in the west end and one in the mid section - North side.

    We live and pay taxes in the pocket that is owned by the county. The city does not take our request as we are a pocket that belongs to the county.

    The county is working on the curbs now so they should be responsible for these items .

    It makes it hard to walk on the side walk with a disability. Walking in the street has it challenges.The bush is on one side the trees on the other. It's a safety issue for myself and my husband.

    Graffiti is on a public county wall.

    This is not a private wall. The county has their large project sign right next to it.

    As we pay county taxes in this unincorporated area , the county is responisible for t and not the city.

    We just had them come out a few months ago with the same walls up the way on the same Attached is a map you guys can save of our unincorporated area from your own database for your teams review and future use . .

    Doug - I'm trying to understand how this is a code enforcement issue The app list graffiti reports as an option ? ?

    This wall is maintained by the county You have a sign there 🤦🏽‍♂️and just did the ramp access work recent in our unincorporated area of the county.y

    .We have also had other requests and graffiti Clean up on the walls befor up and down citrusAve as it belongs to the county .

    My concern is we run into this issue were yor your department ou arbitrarily close the request anpass it r to the cior code enforcement ;ty which does not own the wall as it's in county lines .

    The map above ☝🏽 shows that the area is in the county lines as w elYr u ticketing system also takes the request and will reject if it's not in county lines
    Who can escalate this to in your department as it’s pointless to have an application if request are closed and items are not addressed by a tax payer of the county..
