    The North Rose Road Neighborhood Association is requesting speed humps along a section of Graham in order to slow dangerous speeding and quiet excessive noise.

    Speeding occurs from intersection Goodlett/Graham towards Summer all hours but is especially loud at night, to include drag racing which wakes neighbors several times a night.

    This also presents a daytime danger to cyclists and pedestrians on the Greenline.

    Requesting from N Goodlett to Hilldale but prefer all the way to Sam Cooper.

    So the abandoned house gets reports written on it for months to have the city address the corporate landlord’s negligence. Nothing happens.

    Then the house catches on fire and the charred remains are left behind for more than a year. Dozens of reports. Finally the house is cleared out.

    Now we are at the point where we have an active illegal dump right next door to the neighborhood grocery.

    When can we have a respectable neighbor? Can this land be provided to those that will actively tend to it?

Please help and take this seriously- these animals livelihoods should not be ignored any longer!! The dogs have never been seen unchained from the trees!!!!! The roosters and chickens do not have proper shelter from the weather elements!!!
