Please replace the traffic signal at 54th Ave. N and 71st St N. This is a high traffic area and without a light to govern traffic flow, accidents are going to happen. I generally travel this area frequently at all hours of the day and evening, but I have stopped traveling the 2 mile stretch between Bryan Dairy and 54th Ave. N, on 71st St, N because of near accidents. There was a large sewer pipe in the middle lane of Belcher near Bryan Dairy and a section of the road cut out in the left lane. I am hopeful someone has been able to at least get the loose sewer pipe out of the road. There were no signs cautioning anyone to slow down when I went through the area near Bryan Dairy and the pipe alone would have completely destroyed my vehicle if I had hit it,

Traffic lights down from Milton. Set as a 4 way stop but very heavy traffic at morning and evening rush hour.

neighbors are of Asian descent @5175 location. continuously tried to reach out several times/different ways and even had Duke Energy try to communicate/ left a card and even Google Translate over the last almost year...The tree is badly diseased and bug infested neglected and dying it's falling and and has fallen on the neighbors back home it's also going to damage power lines and this house next door would like documentation and to proceed forward they pretend like they don't know English and refuse to respond in any type of way please reply and let homeowners know how to go about this? "unsure"

Mobile RV on property with it being used as living quarters.

Many broken limbs are obstructing the ditch. The overhead vegetation is overgrown and needs to be trimmed back as it continually falls in the ditch.

Large tree on power line blocking access to senior, handicapped woman’s property.

The pine tree with the spread tree huge branches has leaned on the utility lines . The base of the tree with the rooting system has started to pop up .

There has been trash on this property since September 2023 . We reported it a few times hoping the owners will resolve the issue but it has gotten worse Please review and help resolve the issue . .

This house is cluttered with junk on all sides & an addition was put on without any permits being pulled most likely.

Trash is not picked up, they pile it up on the trailer. It's been in the 90s, it smells like death. They also collect water outside their home in a 5 gallon tub, yard reeks of feces.

I would like to request a street sign at the corner of 66 Way and 52nd Av No.
It's not much of a street but a street sign would be helpful
