    there are two very different and loud noises coming from 606 hiller st. one is a loud of a fan or pump starting up. this goes on for about 20s. the frequency speeds up until its a soft hum.

    the second sound is a low frequency hum that starts around 9 or 10pm and makes it difficult to sleep.

    i will be bringing my decibel meter back from work to assess if these are osha violations at the work site and also to quantify the impact to neighbors.
