    12/08/23 Noise nuisance complaint: There is a tent set up on a vacant lot at 4533 International Blvd., Oakland, CA 94601. The amplified singing is too loud + excessive. Within the tent the decibel level was measured at 97.4 dB (as loud as a food blender) + injurious to hearing of everyone in this tent. Neighbor says the tent is set up by Sala Evangelica of 4546 Intl. Blvd. Singing started at 1pm. The amplified noise can be heard inside buildings, several blocks away. This is noise pollution & an abuse of their city permits. They ignored the request to turn the volume down. Hearing loss caused by noise is not repairable.
