Highland Park Neighborhood

I am a concerned neighbor if 2930 Rhodes Cir S. I’ve noticed multiple signs of squatting over the past couple of months. It is getting to the point where I do not feel safe at home. A couple weeks ago this rug was laid into the front porch. Last night when I got home I noticed it was bunched up, which the wind would not have caused. This morning I noticed that the wooden barricade door was down. These are all clear indications that someone is accessing this building. I just want someone to actually check into this as many reports have been sent in about this house and it is a worry to neighbors.

Has been in condition for years Attracts vagrants and animals, is an eyesore and detrimental to our neighborhood property value Inspectors have determined is beyond repair but nothing is done and City has failed to condemn No work has been done in 3 years at a minimum Before that only a large board over a window replaced Owner needs to be held accountable He owns multiple properties on that street that he has allowed for this to happen to Neighborhood has begged and pleaded with him No one has lived there in MULTIPLE DECADES Has owned since 1995 and not inhabited

Has also been abandoned and dilapidated for years Owns both next to each other in same condition Owned by same owner who owns several in similar condition Has been a public nuisance and uninhabitable for decades The fact no action has been taken is in explicable Owner does not live in neighborhood and does not care

Citizen requesting garbage pickup as this is the 2nd Monday theirs was not picked up but the neighbor's garbage was picked up.

Two of newly installed light poles are crooked. Please fix them. Thanks!

Recycling needs to be picked up. It was set out the night before.

The trash pickup truck did not pick up our bulk trash on Wednesday the 13th.

We purchased the new garbage carts last week for out 4-unit multi-family condo building. We placed them on the street Sunday night. They did not pick up our garbage. Please send the truck to pick up our garbage as we have been skipped for a month now because we didn't know that we were supposed to get the new garbage carts.

Commerical building 2 trash cans not picked up again. This happens every week. Please let the garbage men know this needs to be picked up at least once a week.

This has been reported before. The ticket was marked resolved without explanation. It is still an issue. Please provide more detail this time when marking 'resolved'.
