Abandoned Structure Archived2930 Rhodes Cir S Birmingham, Alabama, 35205 - BirminghamI am a concerned neighbor if 2930 Rhodes Cir S. I’ve noticed multiple signs of squatting over the past couple of months. It is getting to the point where I do not feel safe at home. A couple weeks ago this rug was laid into the front porch. Last night when I got home I noticed it was bunched up, which the wind would not have caused. This morning I noticed that the wooden barricade door was down. These are all clear indications that someone is accessing this building. I just want someone to actually check into this as many reports have been sent in about this house and it is a worry to neighbors.

2931 Highland Ave S Birmingham, Alabama, 35205 - BirminghamOwners have neglected this property and the building is not secure and the weeds and runoff are creating a nuisance. Owners need to maintain the property they own and not create an eyesore on Highland Avenue.
-
Highland Ave S Birmingham AL 35222, United States - BirminghamThis intersection significantly needs some effective traffic calming. People walk here all the time, yet cars frequently speed through the intersection. The abnormally wide streets and a strange 3-way stop add ambiguity to this street which makes it more dangerous-especially for cyclists and pedestrians. Please add some traffic calming measures to slow down the vehicles along this street.

1006 32nd St S Birmingham AL 35205, United States - BirminghamI have previously reported this house. Now I have learned that a squatter has been living in the house, which is especially concerning. The home owner found a backpack in the house and a bike in the bushes.
The house is unsecured, with a broken back fence and broken windows Overgrown weeds and bushes give some privacy to the squatter(s). Given the close proximity of our homes (5 -10 feet apart) if a fire were to break out it could quickly spread to other homes. Please do something !. -
