We need help, there is four stay cats that suddenly come to our home this problem started about two months ago, Orange cat with white stripes, another white cat, another white cat with black spots,& a black cat. We have noticed that there is no owners. But also, we have noticed the access feces around our home and it’s not a pleasant smell.If someone could, please help us resolve this problem? when is the city going to fix this section of Columbia. not just one pot hole, several. it has been over patched. car suspensions will be affected.

Crossing guard parks her car westbound on 171st just east of Madison Avenue and it sits there the whole time she is on duty, therefore adding to the obstruction of traffic on 171st while other cars are entering and exiting the school parking lot. It would make more sense for her to park facing northbound on Madison Avenue, which is one-way northbound at that junction. That way, car is still close for her, but not causing a mini-blockade.

This location is in the alley behind 2123 Stanton Avenue. The asphalt in the alley is breaking up creating a hole which collects all of sorts of smelly stinking liquids whenever the city garbage trucks leak the nasty fluids people throw out! I had asked for these holes to be filled a month ago but was not specific and holes which were not as bad as these next door to me were filled.
Maybe some asphalt cold patch may work…

This vehicle has been sitting in the same spot for well over a year and never been moved. Neighbors cannot get plowed properly around their own property when it snows. The debris piles up around it constantly leading to drainage problems. It is only being used as a "storage unit". It was ticketed over a week ago and is still sitting there. The vehicle should be placed in the driveway along with the other unmoved junk vehicles at that address.

so to park both cars like this in a handicap spot is illegal? someone may need to come and explain to them the rules.

This code violation applies to nearly the entire south side of 172nd Street but there is no option on this app to report a whole street. Residents on the south side of 172nd leave their garage cans out continuously, 24/7. Code for the city of Hammond requires garbage cans to be removed to the back of the property after collection, yet this NEVER happens. Garage cans line 172nd Street constantly. This is a particular problem as their trash tends to blow into the street and other yards.
