The city of Broken Arrow keeps telling me this is Bixby but it’s definitely Broken Arrow. The city of Broken Arrow maintain all of Aspen Ave and have a facility where it dead ends at tge Arkansas River.

    The storm retention pond has been filled in by storm soil erosion. It is growing weeds, and developing a swampy condition that breeds insects such as mosquitoes. Trash is allowed to collect for weeks. This has been reported repeatedly. Can something be done to clean this up? Or should a citation and fines be given to those responsible to care for the pond and keep it up to code?
