CATCH BASIN CLOGGED/BLOCKED
Resident reported that the catch basin may obstructed or clogged. They requested review and clearing of line and/or basin.

Missing bricks, hole in ground.

I was walking by this system, and the water is dripping out the vent. I’m not sure this is the cities responsibility or the property owners but here it is.

Between the 28th and 29th St S along 1st Ave S. There are several dead tree limbs that need to be cut down the rest of the way. Also several large branches hanging over the sidewalk area some have dead tree limbs

Sidewalk is elevated and is a trip hazard for pedestrians. Many people have tripped and fallen. It is BAD and dangerous.

This intersection heading north is very confusing. The only way people are supposed to know which lane is a turn only and which lane is not are arrows on the street which can easily be covered by automobiles. The left lane is a turn only lane and the right lane goes straight or you can turn right. However the left lane which is the left turn lane only is aligned with the forward flowing traffic so that a non-attentive driver would think you go straight. The right lane which is actually the lane to go straight is forced to veer to the left to follow forward flowing traffic. There needs to be a turn only sign next to the left traffic signal and a straight or right turn sign next to the right traffic signal. I was actually a witness for an accident because the man in the left turn lane thought he was supposed to go straight

This debris needs to be removed arte is putting us residents and locals and emergency services at inherent risk allowing this to be outside during a hurricane

The streetlights, all around seventeen 01 central are blinking on and off repeatedly

When it rains, the intersection of 25th St N. and 1st Ave N gets completely flooded. The stormwater drain seems clogged with foliage and cannot handle the discharge. This creates dangerous conditions for drivers as well as creating a flooding hazard for cars parked on 1st Ave N.

Entire alleyway need to be resurface 75+ pot holes

Pothole in the back alley of 2820 1st Ave N, 33713. It is not the only pothole in this back alley, but at the very least please fix this one between us (#2820) and the teal building - it is like a small crater.
