The smell of a sewerage leak is unmistakable. Last year it took multiple reports to get the county of find the leak and repair it. There is another one this year

Multiple signs (Speed limit and others) are down or twisted up. Please inspect. The one sign keeps ending up in the graveyard. Please inspect for replacements.

A large chunk of the curb has broken off. Wants to an inspection and to be fixed. 10209 King Arms Tavern Court

Trees were removed around a little over two years ago that have never had replacements. There are 5 that need to be replanted located on Gudel Drive. Please add to this years fall list

Regarding your earlier response concerning when a replacement tree will be planted in front of our home: You stated that "trees are planted in the spring and fall." I was actually looking for a little more specificity in your response. Will the replacement tree be planted in the fall of 2023? Spring of 2038? Thank you.

This tree is dead on top, but growing on bottom -- not sure if pruning would help? If not, would ask for replacement. Have been watching it for several years.

The resident at 9717 Gudel Drive regarding the split rail fencing on top of a storm drain in his backyard. See attached photo below. The fencing has broken over the years (probably installed by the developer) and he would like the fencing repaired/replaced.
