This intersection has needed a crosswalk signal for some time now. I know this was brought up to the mayor but it has been 4 years and this intersection still remains a pedestrian hazard. I have witness 5 accounts of people almost being struck by a car because there is no safe time to cross. One was a mom with a little baby in a stroller. So scary. Can't we please put in a crosswalk signal so people can cross safely. I hate to wait until someone gets hurt or worse killed before we do something about this dangerous intersection.

Proctor's Ledge is a mess. It was promised to be kept well groomed, but half of the trees and shrubs are dead and it is inundated with weeds to the point it can't be distinguished where the weeds end and the shrubs begin. It is like that on Proctor St. as well. What a shame for relatives of ancestors. WHEN new trees and shrubs are planted, they will need to be kept up and watered.

There is an abundance of blue insulation board all over Proctor and Pope Sts. that flew out of the Senior Ctr. construction area during the storm onto those streets, into the park on Mansell Parkway, onto people's properties, and along the fencing on the corner of Boston and Bridge Streets. It is everywhere and a true eyesore. It needs to be cleaned up. It is literally everywhere.

Pedestrain cross light fails to comne on when nbutton pushed.

I am seeing rats in my yard running through to my neighbor's. There is an empty lot next to the garage on this street where people dump trash. Seeing rats there too, could be all the construction in the surrounding area as well. Either way I would like to get rid if them. They come out in the day. I won't sit in my patio.

There should be a pedestrian crossing light at the corner of Boston and Bridge Streets. I saw a younger woman today struggling to cross Boston Street with young children today. Crossing is problematic especially for elderly pedestrians walking to the Life Center on Bridge.

When are you going to fix this horrible street????

There are so many potholes, especially at corner of proctor and Boston where Walgreens is and where Boston and Hanson Street intersect.

I have to get new shocks on my 2012 vehicle. It's getting ridiculous.

There is a large section of raised pavement in the middle of this intersection. It makes turning left from Federal onto Boston St a challenge.

The smell that is coming from/behind New England Sammie Co. is atrocious, like something died. Upon further inspection of the back of the building there are containers overflowing with trash, loose trash bags and litter everywhere, and buckets of disgusting liquid, with flies and maggots on everything. This place should be shut down. I'll certainly never eat here again and I can't imagine how the people living near this place deal with that smell, I could still smell it half way down the street.

Plowing streets up to sidewalk. Plows are staying 6' off of sidewalk leaving no where to park after storm. Could plows please plow up to sidewalk.

Gallows Hill Park is an absolute dump.....literally. The lower park of this park near the skateboard park was used as a snow dump and now that the snow is long gone, all that is left is dead grass, mud, and truckloads of garbage on the grass and all along the tree line. Is the city planning g on cleaning up what they dumped in our park? I'll attach a photo but it looks far worse in person.
