    The drivers that are leaving out of HHS in the mornings are turning right on to Recker and heading north on Frye and pulling a UTURN at Frye to head south on Recker. When we walk everyone morning we see near accidents and cars/trucks going up on the curb as they are not able to make the UTURN in that space and traffic heading South has to stop and traffic turning right off of Frye onto Recker to head South are almost crashing. It is a disaster with the busses and kids parking at the District off and the LDS Church and driving and walking. Someone needs to go and sit and observe the complete and utter chaos in the mornings at HHS!!!!!!

    A storage unit has been illegally parked on the curb a yard from the stop sign. The neighbors have also piled trash completely blocking the sidewalk. At certain hours of the day, they illegally park their car between the unit and the stop sign. A pedestrian or young bike rider could be blindsided by a turning driver, due to the obstructive view and blocked pathway.

    For two months straight (November and December, 2023) including the sweeper pass today on December 20, the Town of Gilbert Street sweeper has not been sweeping the cul de sac on South Palomino Creek Drive. It is not a private cul de sac, it is technically part of South Palomino Creek Drive. I do not understand why the Town's sweeper operators are not sweeping the cul de sac. Can this be addressed with the Town's sweeper operators please?

    There are some homeless living in their trucks in the parking lot of the water preserve at Higley and Ocotillo Over the weekend we saw them parked at Winco but they have been here all week This needs to be handled before the parking lot and preserve becomes a homeless encampment This is a popular spot for people to go walk and enjoy nature Please do something about this I wanted to take a picture of it this morning but did not feel safe pulling in the lot and doing so
