Please remove the trespassing homeless encampment here again. All the individuals that were previously talked to simply waited at the park until the city left and then started moving back into the underpass. Saw both gentlemen drunk, shouting, and using the bathroom on the street this morning. The drunk fist fighting for locations in the underpass between them is constant. They fight for locations here because they panhandle at the on ramp to the freeway. Surely they can be arrested for trespassing at this point. The underpass is state property.

Please clear the growing homeless encampment located illegally in the underpass.
The fighting and drug abuse here have made this underpass unsafe. The individuals tresspassing in the underpass regularly use the bathroom in full view of the street. They openly leave human waste on the side walk that is only ever cleaned up by local volunteers. They continue to remove items from local garbages and move them to the underpass. This is a problem that should be addressed as soon as possible before it gets any worse. Current population of individuals sleeping here: 3-4 on any given night.

There are three homeless people living under neath the humphrey st underpass right past next door and before dunkin donuts. One guy has been there for a week or so with garbage and food containers drinks etc that needs to be cleaned up. Now there is also a tent with two or three people living in it and their belongings and garbage everywhere. Something needs to be done

Despite a message that says this pothole in front of 150 Willow was addressed, there was a hole there around noon today.

There is a large pothole in front of 150 Willow Street. Given the narrow street, it is difficult for drivers to avoid.

3 cars abandoned on the grass. Again. This artificially widens Goffe street which leads to increased speeds. Also the mud flows into the street and clogs all our storm drains.

Extensive garbage related to alcohol use across from Carr's Package Store in Chatham Square Park. Blight and a hazard to park users, including many children. Not resolved despite prior SeeClickFix post that asserts this https://seeclickfix.com/issues/15492470-parks-request. The community needs multi-pronged action to curb continued publicdrinking and alcohol-related litter in the park, so that it can once again be enjoyed by families.

The only elevator has not been working since 10/04/2023. As of today 11/22/2023, the elevator has not been fixed.

The untimely repair of the one and only elevator in the building is gross negligence and a violation of New Haven housing code 12.5-43.2 under Article III. Additionally, it is a violation of CT State Rights and Responsibilities under Chapter 830, Section 47a-12 and Section 47a-13.
I have made multiple maintenance requests as well as contacted the maintenance manager countless times since 10/04. This issue is causing prohibition of essential living activities, such as attending work, getting groceries, doing laundry, basic mental health activities, and allowing my dog to relieve himself. I must walk up and down 6 flights of stairs to do any of the aforementioned activities.

I am requesting repair and reduction of rent for this issue.
