    Year after year after year this Consolidated Communications building clears their own driveway and path, but REFUSES to clear the sidewalk as required by city regulations. PLEASE do something that actually makes them pay attention to this issue. It's been literally YEARS of violations, and they still do not clear the sidewalk.

    The entrance gate to the Quarry Run dog park is loose and misaligned. When leaving the park today my dogs broke loose into the parking lot when I was in the small transition enclosure, they were able to simply slip through and then the gate opened despite the latch being secure.

    What's the purpose of a snowstorm parking ban when cars are allowed to park on the streets in North Deering. Due to cars on the side of the road from this home owner the street is becoming impassable, the snow plows continue going around the car making the snow pile around the car bigger, and wider so the streets difficult to drive down. Tow the car! Clearly it's been there all night.

    What's going on in Payson Park today? When those roads are closed, it's hard to get out of our neighborhood (to turn left onto Washington, which is usually busy). There was a notice about the road race tomorrow, but I didn't see anything in the Friday city newsletter or the FOPP Facebook page about anything today.

    I'm not asking that the events not happen, but just that we are notified ahead of time of road closures.

    Dear friends. There is a dead tree approx 75 yards in from Auburn street on North side of Lyman Moore road. The top half of tree is completely devoid of any bark at all. This tree overhangs a very busy sidewalk with kids walking to and from school every day. There is already one large branch broken off and hung up in the tree but not in danger of falling on sidewalk, I don't think?? I have started walking my kids to school on the other side of the road. This tree is bound to fall on the sidewalk some time soon, with or without wind!!
