    E 1st St & N Park Ave Tucson, AZ, 85719, USA - Tucson Ward 6
I hit the pothole on my driver side front tire and it caused the tire to bulge and costed me money to replace. There are pot holes and dips on both sides of the northbound side of the street. I am a rideshare driver and I am forced to drive over it a dozen of times a night and it is ridiculous how much damage it is causing my car. This is a huge SAFETY issue. Just before December Graduation at the university, it was freshly paved. If the parents were to see how bad the roads were damaging their cars they would be enraged. This needs to be fixed!

My name is Rosie and I’m a small business owner here in Tucson. I own a shop in downtown Tucson called Arizona Poppy (for the last 2 years) as well as Sonoran Rosie (for the last 7 years). I spend my time through my social media outlets, the desert creations I make, through workshops and more, educating people about the beauty & medicinal properties of our unique Sonoran Desert plants. Wildflowers are important to our ecosystem and general sense of well being, especially in the spring. I use to live near the Santa Cruz River path and love riding my bike along it, mainly because of the lush desert plants growing freely along it. I now live near the Rillito River path and I am very saddened to see that some sort of poisonous weed killer is being used all along both sides of the path. It is evident because there is nearly no wildflowers growing and after the amount of rains we have had this evening, there should be. I have also seen some of the surviving wildflowers wilt and die when they were fine a day before (an obvious reaction to weed killer). The harmful effects of weed killer are well known to wildlife and us humans. But the main issue I am troubled by is why we are spending tax dollars to pay people to go out and actively destroy our natural ecosystems (even further than they already are). I understand that some maintenance may need to be done but landscapers should be educated in our native plants and leave them be. Our Rillito River path could be even more inviting and peaceful than it already is if we let our wildflowers be. Birds, rabbits, prairie dogs, butterflies, bees, bats, etc are all dependent on our native low lying vegetation. Please STOP doing this and leave ALL native plants.

22 S Freeway Tucson, AZ 85745, USA - Menlo Park
In the afternoon, the left turn lane from the freeway onto Congress backs up into the intersection all the time. The lights to go straight then stay green only long enough to clear out the people in the intersection before changing back. Obviously it is wrong for these cars to block the intersection but it seems like the timing could be improved to clear the intersection first on the other side of the freeway
