    I live next to John H Hanks III Memorial Park. My daughter uses this swing daily to occupy her time during the summer. This park is a disaster. Every step of the sidewalk is a tripping hazard, the courts haven’t been treated or received maintenance in years, and now, for the second time this summer, a swing has broken, and my daughter has been hurt.

    First, the swings were never restored from the COVID changes, where social distancing required you to remove swings. Now, the hinges are shearing themselves off due to a lack of maintenance. See the attached photos for evidence.

    You now have zero swings for grown children to play on. There are still toddler swings, and I can only imagine that since you’ve left this park to rot, it’s only a matter of time before a small child goes flying out of their seat.

    Your failure to do your job is putting the health of our children at risk. How will you resolve this issue and prevent others from getting injured?

    There are two beautiful Irish setters that are never taken in. Even last year during all the snow the people had them stay outside. THey live in a new house. Someone needs to check on them. It is not right!

    Every other street has been cleaned, yet once again nothing has been done on our street. I have cameras, so I can clearly see when work is performed and when it is not. I know who shows up and who doesn’t.

    I have written numerous emails with no response in regards to how awful the street is in front of our home side from the safety of many children who have fallen off their bikes or scooters due to no sidewalks now with the extreme weather we have been having it’s on worsened and now totally ripped a casing piece of my brand new vehicle off !!! This needs to be addressed !!!

    We have been battling flooding issues since we moved in almost seven years ago. In fact four years ago we sustained $78K worth of structural damage. On Sunday evening, during a moderate storm the drains at the end of our street appeared to be blocked once again and water was dangerously close to coming into our house once again.
