State st near James st under the I-91 bridge ,this is discussing!!! This is the first thing you see when you come off of the I-91 exit , polluting the mill river .can't believe the state let's them stay here .it started with 1 sleeping bag and look at it now !!

State and James at highway exit. Two persons and belongings right next to street. Angry male approaching cars stopped at light and pedestrians. Unsafe situation for everyone

Please remove the trespassing homeless encampment here again. All the individuals that were previously talked to simply waited at the park until the city left and then started moving back into the underpass. Saw both gentlemen drunk, shouting, and using the bathroom on the street this morning. The drunk fist fighting for locations in the underpass between them is constant. They fight for locations here because they panhandle at the on ramp to the freeway. Surely they can be arrested for trespassing at this point. The underpass is state property.

Unhoused individual has set up camp under the bridge (with the light display) at Humphrey St and James St. They were there day and evening

Please clear the growing homeless encampment located illegally in the underpass.
The fighting and drug abuse here have made this underpass unsafe. The individuals tresspassing in the underpass regularly use the bathroom in full view of the street. They openly leave human waste on the side walk that is only ever cleaned up by local volunteers. They continue to remove items from local garbages and move them to the underpass. This is a problem that should be addressed as soon as possible before it gets any worse. Current population of individuals sleeping here: 3-4 on any given night.

This pothole on Willow Street is increasing in severity. Large chunks of asphalt (perhaps from a recent attempted filling?) are near the pothole on the side of the street. Given the narrow nature of the street, I am concerned about cars trying to navigate around this pothole and asphalt. -

Despite a message that says this pothole in front of 150 Willow was addressed, there was a hole there around noon today.

Discarded used needles and human waste in bottles in the homeless encampment. Please clear this dangerous hazard before someone gets hurt.

Lots of needles and used adult diapers on the streets and sidewalk here from homeless encampment near freeway behind the fence near the sidewalk. Several shopping carts, baby carriages, and tents setup right off the side of the freeway at this location. Volunteers continue to work to make this street safe for kids here. Can the city please help?
