This trash is out of control and just isn't right. Can we get this corrected? Lets be better.

entire block - alley is obstructed with weeds and overgrowth and trash barrels. Makes it difficult to navigate the alley which is also full of pot holes and broken concrete. Couple of houses have inoperable vehicles in the yards. Couple houses have trash and litter strewn about the back yards. Send out a field inspector and write 50 tickets. Pack a lunch. Will be there awhile.

The back yard appears to be full of junk and unused industrial materials. There are dilapidated tarps hanging from the house as well as the garage. The roof of the garage appears to have a hole in it.

Windows of residence are being kept closed with cardboard. Fence is falling down, and tenant has 2 Rottweilers and 1 German Shepard that nearly get out any time anyone walks by.

This is an unpermitted short -term rental. It's also very close to the existing short-term rental at 1218 Wayne - definitely closer than the 500ft allowed.

house is supposedly always having a garage sale 365 days a year. house always has all this outside no matter what time of year. it's an eye sore as well as don't you have to have a permit for a garage sale? it's trashy and no one should have to look at this every day.

This address is correct. (1515 SW Woodwaed Ave.) You can't miss this house, which is uber trashy in the back. The dog in question comes out the back into the alley where we walk. *** There is a pitbull bull looking 🐕 dog that is always off leashand when walking with our leashed dog it will always go after our dog to where we have to yell and kick that dog to protect ourselves and our dog. What are our options in keeping ourselves and our dog protected? *** Since this is an open carry state, do we really want to go around and 🔫 on site?

This house had a fire at least 8 months ago. It's still in a dilapidated, trashy state of disrepair. The garage door is left open and trash is strung all about. This is unacceptable. This house needs to be torn down or fixed, NOW. It's attracting homeless people and looks despicable.
