Four or five homeless persons in park using the nice drinking fountain to bathe, bidet and wash their dirty clothes and bedding. This occurs daily, so in addition to the drug sales and use, homeless tents and those who nod off due to drug use, no neighborhood residents can use the park as it was intended. Please monitor.

At 10:25pm Friday night 6/6/25, I was awakened to a sound so terrible I thought a plane was coming into the neighborhood. It was a wicked screaming sound so awful I looked out my front window to see a car in the street winding up the motor (someone got out and took a photo of it) before peeling off screeching away toward Glenn Street. This morning I found the destruction they left in our newly paved roadwork.

In the very early hours I have been awakened several times to a roaring engine noise west of here, then racing and donuts screeching around our short streets. If they have to practice race driving they should use Stone Avenue like so many do late at night early morning hours.

There has been multiple couches illegally dumped by the dumpster here. It makes the neighborhood worse than it already is. Homeless people are camping on these and making shelters. Please consider removing as soon as possible.

This is my 3rd complaint against this problem house. I frequently hear music from it and see lights on even though I've been assured no utilities are connected there. Dumping in the east end of the property continues nighttime and whenever.

Today 9/17/24 I watched a young man looking over items on a table under their carport, yard sale style, he then wandered towards the occupied mobile home adjacent to said house. This is when I noticed my temporary fence between our adjoining properties was broken loose and spread open large enough for someone to enter my yard. At 5am this morning I opened my west facing door to see a figure in the back yard. Shocked, I quickly dressed, went to the kitchen window to see if I was seeing things, but here comes the figure walking toward the house. As the person passed by the kitchen door I yelled "Get out"! to which she mumbled something, opened the gate, went out and closed the gate behind her! This settled my wonder why my drive gate was open early yesterday morning.

I plead with the City to finally raze this problem building and help those of us in Keeling neighborhood who take care our places which keep all of us safer.

Please note the utility truck parked alongside the problem house. I see it frequently there. When it drove away today the side door logo looked similar to SW Gas.

This banner was ordered to hang on the wall at Keeling Desert Park. Needs to go up ASAP once it gets in. It should be delivered to Admin and I will make sure the supervisors is copied on the email for them to let us know when it's in.

This individual parked his bus across the street from my home He's living in it. We have problems of homelessness stolen cars, now we have to deal with this bus in front of my home To get in my front yard I have to go and make a U turn at the next intersection It's dangerous and unsafe He's been here since May the 29th 2024. I would like you to tell him to leave I do believe there is an ordinance about this can of vehicle in a neighborhood ...,. ,.,.

I know bulk pick up is on July 29th. This crap has been here since May! Keeps getting larger & larger. Homeless people keep getting into this on a daily basis as well to try to find something to save. It's hazardous to our neighborhood!!

Disabled blue pickup parked on curb and in street. The woman who drops these junkers off is back, she drives a small red compact car that is packed with junk in the back and front seats as well as in the trunk and rooftop of car. Her leaving bad vehicles around was reported a couple years ago but now she's roaming the neighborhood again.

Trash. People are stupid! I would pick it up but I live a little ways away. Too far to move my trash can down there. Please help! I'm trying to keep our neighborhood clean! Thank you!!!

A lot of sand/gravel in the middle of the street on Fontana directly east of 2819 N Fontana due to summer storms Also some a little further at the round about on Laguna and Fontana And more generally the keeling neighborhood having been repaved recently is full of pockets of sand/gravel on the street which I believe should be cleaned up to keep the street in good shape

Nighttime a car comes through Keeling Neighborhood, deep bass noise blasting. They are hanging out at 2714 N Geronimo, property that is vacant but people come through and make a mess in the east end of the property. Their tail lights can be seen from my property. The ground vibrating deep bass noise is very annoying and continues into the night. Even though the property is vacant I frequently see a light on over there. This is my second complaint on the address.
