More disasters waiting to happen! Trying to turn left out Triple Crown is a real challenge. The roundabout that went in a few years ago in place of the flashing light at the Birmingham, Providence/New Providence intersection has made traffic flow so well AND SO FAST going past the Triple Crown neighborhood that it is many times a near miss to get out of our neighborhood. There have been a number of serious accidents. Something should be done to slow down traffic. Either lower the speed limit on

    It is nearly impossible to turn left off of Triple Crown Dr onto Birmingham Hwy during AM/PM rush hour. A couple of interim options would be a lower speed limit before Batesville and coming off the traffic circle. Flashing lights, and/or a speed camera are some good options while we await a more permanent solution. There are varying speed limits coming up to the traffic circle at Providence/New Providence/Birmingham. Plus the speed limit sign that you SHOULD be able to see from Triple Crown Dr on Birmingham Hwy is barely visible and should be moved to the other side of Batesville. I know there have been several accidents at this intersection and I really hope that something is done sooner rather than waiting for another accident to address this. Thanks for your assistance.

    There is an abandoned vehicle at the entrance of the neighborhood at Birmingham Hwy and Triple Crown Dr. It is a Toyota Camry - Gold and it has been there at least 48 hours. It is impeding the flow of traffic with vehicles entering and exiting the neighborhood.
