I own the property at 6415 Brann Street Oakland Ca 94605. The property located at 6421 has an incredible amount of blight that needs to be addressed. There are abandoned and decomposed vehicles improperly stored in the front yard. There is trash from several years of neglect. It is a well-known rat infestation. Local cats hang out and wait around, looking to catch rats daily. Please send someone out to inspect the property as soon as possible. Thank you

location is on 77th Ave on Bancroft Ave to 78th Ave - Oakland Ca 94605 there is excessive number of cars that parked beginning from 77th Ave past 78th Ave the bus stop is blocked - often the bus does not stop and vehicles are also double parked blocking the bike lane , the corner of 78th Ave and Bancroft Ave is blocked by cars the street is not accessible for the people that reside on the properties located on this dead end street , cars park on the sidewalk blocking the side walk for pedestrians at the corner of 78th Ave and Bancroft Ave and on the sidewalk in general in front of the LT Liquors store rear parking area , this area is always extremely congested at times blocking the oncoming traffic as well - this happens daily from middle of the day and it gets worse in the evening as it gets dark, this is a traffic safety concern as often due to the excessive amount of cars illegally parked the oncoming traffic is blocked and creates more congestion bike riders can not use the bike lane and have to go on to the actual street and can get hit by a car, blocking the sidewalk at corners with cars do not allow pedestrians to walk on the sidewalk and the cars sitting on the actual street on 78th Ave and Bancroft Ave obstruct the way / access to the homes located on this street and also push pedestrians out to walk on the street taking a risk on getting hit by a car. The address used is to provide an exact location where this is happening, this is occurring in front and around the LT Liquors Store. The details provided described the traffic problem caused by the excessive amount of people that hang around every day around this liquor store causing more traffic congestion and safety concern for the elderly, children , people in general that are pushed on to the street because the sidewalk is blocked and bicyclist who take a risk on getting hit by a car when having to get out the bike lane due to the double parking.
