    Over 20 horizontal cracks up to 3 inches wide that have heaved the pavement upward by up to 2 inches causing tires to bounce and slip as they pass. Past attempts to fix this issue by surface grinding did not work.
    The section of road (or even better the entire street between Speedway and Broadway of N. Camino Seco) needs to be repaved.
