The residents at 6036 La Salle have ignored fix-it tickets from the city of Oakland, ordering them to restore the sidewalk in front of their property for years. They have planted bushes, ivy, and rocks in order to deter pedestrians from walking in front of their house. It has created an insanely dangerous situation for anyone coming to and from the village who are forced to walk in the street (literally hundreds of pedestrians a day). Many people have been hurt here, myself included. This needs to stop immediately or legal action against the city and the residents at 6036 will be taken. The City of Oakland only has to enforce existing law and can fine the residents until they restore the sidewalk that is supposed to exist in front of their house.

broken gate that has illegal activity and trespassing contstantly. when will something be done? before it's too late. this report was originally made in april of this year with no actionable next steps. THere are constantly drug dealers and invididuals jumping this fence at their leisure; mind you there was a shooting here last week and this area was a frequented path for people to quickly hop to 40th street. we're tired of feeling unsafe. fix this issue asap before it's too late.

EVERY DAY Y0U DELAY, THESE FOLKS ARE CREATING FIRE & HEALTH HAZARDS AND BLOCKING PASSAGE BETWEEN CHINATOWN & JACK LONDON, forcing pedestrians into the street.

Do NOT allow them to shift the encampment to any nearby location on Webster, 5th or 6th Street. These encampments are NOT WELCOME IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD.

Safety barrier on intersection island has been damaged for over 5 years. Now t seems to have been damaged even more, and has caution tape on it. Just wondering when it will ever get fixed....

Broadway Terrace especially between (Capricorn and Taurus Avenues is an accident or fatality waiting to happen. The entire street from Duncan Way up to the top is a hazard. 1) Drivers avoid potholes going into the other lane of traffic; 2) blind turns with no street line paint and they cut turns into other lane; 3) pedestrians and dog walkers and no curbs; 4) tree overgrowth causes trucks to drive middle of road; 5) distracted and unfamiliar delivery drivers driving too fast who are looking at their phones/devices or double parking who waving drives behind them to pass on blind turns; 6) many elderly drivers. All make for a very dangerous situation. Please at least fix the pit holes and paint street lines at least at the sharp blind turns. Pothole near 7070 Broadway, need paint lines near Broadway and Capricorn, Swainland, and Taurus intersections. It is dangerous.
