    Why are DGC vehicles allowed to park on the grass outside of their property? I understand there is a special case when the golf tournament comes through, but this summer the grassy area between Pontchatrain and their entrance has dozens of cars parking on the grass of Palmer Park all day long. It's an eyesore and destroying the park green space.

    Are they paying to use this space? Was this approved by City Council or other city entity?

    Their guests can park along Pontchatrain just like anyone else using assets in or around the park.

    House is being flipped (by the same person also flipping 3250 Sherbourne). Removed most of the historic leaded glass from the windows, painted trim black, removed historic downspouts, new concrete walkway and driveway.

    I would like to request a street sweeper. On October 9, 2024 at about 6 AM a house located at 1771 balmoral drive, which was well publicized dramatically caught fire. Firefighters did an amazing job, but unfortunately a bunch of questionable material blew out of it. Burning embers and other insulation products was all over everything. We did the best we could to clean up but now it is still adhered to the Ashphalt d e treet . Weed worked hard to power wash it out of the sidewalk and driveway area, but it’s on both side sides of the street and we would like to request an expedited street sweeper to clean both sides of the street a few times if possible. We followed the material and it seems to have flowed down, at least a
