    There's some sort of oil/gas type fluid on the sidewalk that's been there for months The area is overly slick and grimy and slightly foamy and doesn't really dry completely This can't be good for dogs that walk on it or the kids that stand at the bus stop there I've reported it before and it was closed for no reason without anything being done to remediate this issue
