    A tow truck dropped off this 2006 Blue Mustang (not my car) in front of my house on the Minna Ave side (corner of Minna & Angelo) on Saturday December 14th at 9:00pm. It hasn't moved since and has a flat tire on the front driver side. No registration. License plate is 8PKA923. VIN is 1ZVHT82H465183214.

    I'm not entirely sure how a tow company can just drop a random car in front of someone's house without the homeowners' consent?
