City of Doraville Code Compliance: please take the health and safety of your community seriously, and inspect the multi- family properties in the city of Doraville. They are unsafe, dangerous, uninhabitable, unsanitary, infested with roaches, and rats. They are not up to GA code and many families live in awful, inhumane conditions but continually get the right help and treatment from their landlords that they deserve & they often do not know what the housing codes are so they don’t report.

Are these white truck cabs and the green dump truck allowed to park for days and weeks on this residential street? It is used as a parking lot. One of the white truck cabs has been parked on the street for over a month(has not moved). From what I have read, this is definitely not allowed. Thank you for your help with this matter.
  • 2271 N Decatur Rd Decatur, Georgia, 30033 - Decatur
Property appears to be violating UDO establishing the regulation of impervious surfaces through a maximum of 40% lot coverage for residential lots. Significant non-impervious construction was completed without a permit causing substantial water runoff to the adjacent lot.

  • 161 Mcclean St Decatur, Georgia, 30030 - Decatur
This dead tree was reported a month ago with no resolution. The neighbor has no intent on fixing this issue. It is actively dropping large branches on properties, breaking a next door neighbor's fence today and maybe more (not visible from afar). There is a large branch actively hanging above the same house. This is a sincere public risk at this point and needs to be addressed.
