    the business van {Name of the business is: 'Red Carpet'} on the right side of the picture belongs to the given address. 327 Ardmore Road, Linthicum, MD 21090. Since almost three years ago, this work van has always been parked at Hammonds Ferry and Maritime Road and it perfectly and unsafely blinds and blocks the view of the drivers which are trying to get out of Maritime Road and they cannot see how close the oncoming cars are and it is very possible to cause a crash!!! There was a alomst fatal crash about one month ago at the same spot just because of blocked views caused by this van. The neighbors have nicely asked them to park his van in his huge and empty driveway but he claims that his parking is completely legal because he's parking this wide and long business van passed the NO PARKING sign!!! But it does NOT matter!it is still fatal, and has already caused car crashes and could make way more problems. we can not see the ongoing traffic when we are trying to go straight or turn right or left when we are trying to get out of Maritime road!!! Please try to make him NOT to park this van there and/ or please insert a traffic signal and traffic light on this spot to enforce lawful anti-crash law and not to put the lives of drivers and the pedestrians at risk.     Earlier today, the trash Collection service personnel drove the garbage truck onto my driveway very nearly driving into my truck and in the process of them reversing in my driveway – when they should not have been doing that – they damaged property on my premises. Specifically, they destroyed one of the planters that I have about 30 feet up into my driveway. Not only did they destroy this property. They saw it happening and drove off. I need to speak with someone regarding the replacement cost for this and I want to make sure that there is some penalty for these persons recklessness as they nearly destroyed a $90,000 vehicle. I have this all on video and will upload it to the appropriate supervisor once my complaint is received.

    The past few weeks the light at South Carolina Ave leading into Mountain Rd has taken a lot longer to change even when there is no traffic on Mountain Rd - we noticed the sensor is now facing down, so can someone come look at this and readjust the sensor and timing? It is taking anywhere from 6 - 10 minutes some mornings sitting at the light for this light to change to let us through from South Carolina Ave onto Mountain Rd.

    Large pothole has opened up in the Northbound lane of Oakwood Rd. It is in the left of the lane, immediately next to the yellow line of the center turn lane. I first noticed it last night when I ran over it. I saw it again tonight. Both times water was coming out of it. Tonight it is larger with even more water. It’s pretty deep and looks really bad. Most people hang to the left of the lane there since there are many cars parked on the shoulder.

    Whoever owns this car parks here every month or two for a week or two at a time. It is a dead end street with five houses. Every house has 3-5 cars. There is immense hostility about parking on our street. People have taken each other to court over it very recently. And whoever this is just leaves their car here while they disappear for a while. It’s full of junk, and now has a busted out window. Once, I saw them come back late at night after being dropped off, get in the car, and leave. People that live here are fighting each other about parking and then this person just comes in and wreaks havoc. Once the street is full of cars, I’m sure the trash and recycling trucks can barely get through. I say that because the owner of this car can never even park straight or against the curb when they abandon it here. Police have been called at least twice previously. It is currently Saturday 11/9/24. This time, the car has been here since at least Wednesday 11/6/24.

    1302 Holley Road property is @ 52% coverage in the critical area, exceeding allowable 31.5% . The excessive coverage is due to the owner's refusal to remove 2K SF impervious required for approval of new garage and the additional impervious it added to property. The property owner signed an Impervious "Affidavit Impervious Coverage Removal," in June 2014 agreeing to remove an estimated 1800 SF of impervious prior to the completion of the garage re B02304808. This garage has been completed for years - the permit was allowed to expire. this building was only inspected for footers in July 2014, and has never had a structural inspection. This is dangerous because sometimes there are up to 20 people (adults and children) in this building. This is a huge building. our neighborhood does not have fire hydrants or city water. Since this building is "accessory" there is no fire suppressant system. This excessive coverage impacts run off into neighbors and nearby creeks. They also removed multiple trees off the property.
