This build is over 2.6 yrs old. Seems to be a warehouse for materials that are all weathered and open to the elements.

Vehicular and pedestrian safety issue.
Palms intrude on the intersection visibility triangle. Need to be trimmed back.
Reference City Ordinance Sections 3.1.8.F: Visibility Triangle.

F. Visibility Triangle. 1. Where an accessway (including alleys) intersects a public right-of-way, all landscaping, fences, signs or walls shall provide unobstructed cross-visibility at a level between two and one-half (2.5) feet and ten (10) feet within the areas of property on both sides of an accessway formed by the intersection of each side of the accessway and public right-of-way lines, with two sides of each triangle being ten feet in length from the point of intersection and the third side being a line connecting the ends of the two other sides; provided that trees having limbs and foliage are trimmed in such a manner that no limbs or foliage extend into the cross-visibility area shall be allowed and provided that they are located so as not to create a traffic hazard. No buffer, structure or landscaping, except required grass or ground cover, shall be located closer than three (3) feet to the edge of any accessway pavement. 2. On a corner lot, in any zoning district except the VA, DE, and SBI mixed use districts and IND zoning district, no fence, wall, hedge or other planting or structure that will materially obstruct vision between a height of two and one-half (2.5) feet and ten (10) feet above the centerline grades of the intersecting streets shall be erected, placed or maintained within the triangular area formed by the right-of-way lines at such corner lots and a straight line joining the right-of-way lines at points which are twenty (20) feet distant from the intersection of the right-of-way lines and measured along the right-of-way lines. Clear tree trunks, signposts, lampposts, fence posts and the like are exempt from this requirement. Where intersections of rights-of-way are less than ninety (90) degrees at the property lines, the legs of the visibility triangle shall be twenty-five (25) feet long.
This is being entered submitted in compliance with Florida Bill CS/SB 60, as required for the city to take any action.

Last year, no parking signs were placed there by the city and it kept it clear for a while, but now they're back. This is an eyesore and spoils the beauty of the common property outside residents' windows. Is there something the town can do to deter or penalize this behavior? It would be appreciated if the area could be beautified. Right now it is filled with weeds and I never see any maintenance of the property by the city. It would be great if we could make this a prettier spot for residents, which might deter others from parking vehicles there. Thank you in advance for your consideration.
