Braintree

Today is Tuesday, january 14, 2025. On Monday, January 13, 2025, the town conduct repair/placement of the traffic signals at East Braintree square. The traffic control device / signal order changed. Now the square's southwestern pedestrian beacon, governing the southern crosswalk, changes to WALK at the same time the west bound pearl street traffic receives a protected left turn green arrow. This is signaling represents a change from the previous configuration when up until Monday, the pedestrian beacon did not signal WALK until after the protected turn green arrow ended.

This is a safety hazard and I was almost run over by a car due to this change.

Sunday trash can still on street

The floor is hot and there’s burn marks throughout the entire apartment from a intentionally malfunctioning water heater system in which a water heater that was leaking for years was intentionally left unrepaired with a motor dug in to conceal the leak so that they would admit no liability for a situation in litigation This bone dry water heater tank and it’s corroded multi pipes are being incinerated by gas, but there’s no water so it’s filling the unit with toxic vapors, and this is by design as there is a housing court case, and they are trying to force me to vacate by retaliating and leaving things anyway that violate warranty of habitability and breach of quite enjoyment And so far the town has been an accomplice to this I’m hoping that can change with a proper inspection

Vehicles drive very fast up and down the street. The street is becoming a cut through since the new school opened way too much traffic during school hours and speeding drivers. The street needs to become a do not enter at the Peach St entrance during school hours residential traffic only.

Still a lot of ice/snow. Only compared to neighboring streets that are down to pavement.

The driver of this vehicle ran the red light at Maher, turning right, on to plain. They did not have a green arrow, they did not stop and look, they just proceeded as if the light was green, which of course it was not. Please use the provided to find them, fine accordingly, and have a chat with them about other people right to drive to safely.

This is 2nd request on this. I am unable to comment on first request as it was closed without the problem being resolved. This is not a duplicate issue. This is in front of the rocks at 81 Arnold Street. I am unsure if anyone drove by to look at it. Can we please patch this part of the road that continues to deteriorate and leave large chunks of asphalt in the street. This is unsafe

Several large potholes, many of them deep have formed on Arlington and Cocheto and require filling.

Tedeschi Plaza Grove St, the outside dumpsters are lifted, slammed, and emptied every morning by the garbage truck(s) in the 4 A.M. hour, creating a quality of life issue. All garbage companies servicing the town should be notified of the proper hours they can operate. There may be multiple companies operating here but I typically see Troupe trucks 781-340-0030. This has gone on for years, decades with no resolution. Thank you.
