    Graffiti to remove in the Julian Wash rainwater tunnel on the west side of Kolb Rd next to Roy Schoonover Trailhead. There is also some on the east side of the road. An area about 10 ft x 80 ft is covered.

    This 311 complaint is the 3rd time I have requested cleanup. from I-10 SOUTH TO ANDRADA ST is full of trash, debris, truck tire caps, tree branches, etc on both sides of Wilmot. This area is an eyesore for those of us driving north towards I-10. I spoke with Tucson transportation 4 weeks ago and the rep said she would email the appropriate parties. As of today, the trash and debris is getting worse.
