    we have lots of children in this neighborhood and no sidewalks, our roads our filled with pot holes and the children have to ride their bikes, and walk to school in the street, we would like to see the city install sidewalks for our children, before one of them gets hit by a car, we shouldn't have to have a tragedy before the city will decide to fix this problem. our streets also have no curbs, no sewer drains, and we continue year after year to have major flooding in our yards because the water has no place to drain, but yet the city still charges us sewer drain fees on our water bill. we shouldn't have to pay for a service we don't use.... hope this gets someones attention,,,thank you!

    As you travel east on River Drive the street goes from 2 lanes to one lane. The lanes are not properly marked and it is a race to see who has to yield before they run out of road. Trying to turn into 2430 River Drive is a hazard as everyone cuts the corner because of no lane markings. There is a sign saying the lane ends but with no lane markings no one pays any attention as to where they are on the road.

    Kinetic Fitness has been in the process of opening for over 3 years and from the looks of the building it hasnt made any steps to get closer to opening.
    They are still trying to sell memberships and let you work out in the East Moline Location Fitness First. They Continue using the False Promise that Kinetics will open. They even advertise it on Current Promotions. If you ask anyone affiliated they ignore your questions.. Seems like a scam with false Promises of a newer and better facility..

    Resident states the refuse truck is leaking oil and there are oil stains all over the court and leading up to the court. Can this get cleaned up. This has happened the last two weeks.
