    30th Avenue from 31st Street to 50th Street is a major thoroughfare that is in horrible condition ever since Con Ed dug most of it up after its disastrous fires in July 2006. Other lesser streets with fewer problems have been completely repaved. Why not 30th Avenue?

    There is an empty tree pit adjacent to the bus stop on the south side of the street. It was reported to 311 last year, but million trees/parks still has not planted a tree here. This spot needs a tree.

    This seems to always happen on a weekend and we go without it being rectified till monday with no excuses from the landlord or the super. make complaints to 311 and they are just a waste of time.

    Hot water heater problems in the basement of this 17-unit building since early this year, & boiler finally died last Thursday, October 16. The residents have had no hot water or heat since (8 days).
    Landlord, Dr. Trevor Gottfried / J&M REALTY (718-746-3057) has provided no information as to when this will be repaired, & tenants are reporting to the city via 311 (by phone, & online) daily.

    15 year old refrigerator short circuited causing electrical fire at 3am. Luckily we caught the fire in time to overt further disaster and damage! 73 year old woman lives in this apartment! Refrigerator Needs immediate replacement by NYCHA! Appliance is still a danger to use! Please notify right away... Thank you!

    A small part of the sidewalk on the Rainey Park side of Vernon Blvd has been blocked off for almost two years now. The sidewalk was ripped open at some point of time and never fixed. Pedestrians have to go into street traffic to go around this part.

    I think it's coming from the White Castle on 21st Street and 31st Drive... at all times of the night, there is a voice that yells something on a loudspeaker. It seems like it's an automated response to something, but it seems to go off for no apparent reason. The volume should be cut in half, or it should be eliminated. It's just useless noise pollution.
