Giant pot holes!

We live at 380 County Road 140 by Cherry Creek Road. During the winter, whomever bladed the road bladed all of the road base off of the road. In this e-mail, you will find pictures of our county road before and after the recent rain fall. This road gets so slick you slide everywhere. One member of our household had back surgery on May 13, 2011. Due to the road conditions Home health was unable to visit her and we had to move her to Cortez so that she could get the after surgery care needed. Please take our road into consideration for new gravel/road base.

There is a growing illegal homeless camp on the river about a quarter mile south of the 9th street bridge on the west side of the river across from Albertsons. I’ve reported the camp multiple times without action from the city. It’s grown from 2 tents to 3+ tents since I first reported it a month ago.

Dog barks all the time

Dog owners continually let their dogs off lease in the wetland area between the Hillcrest neighborhood and Skyridge/Jenkins Ranch Road neighborhood. Soon it will be spring with many birds building nests in the reeds. Please sign this area!!

Hello, the sewage drain on E 29th street by the alley often gets clogged with debris after rains and is always iced over when it snows. It is right next to a dip in the street to enter the alley so it cannot drain the excess rain or snow properly. It makes the corner dangerous in the winter. Is there anyway to create a new drain somewhere else on the street so that it is safer when it rains or snows?

Snow is not being cleared on sidewalk between 700 to 900 Goeglein Gulch, it is the COD's responsibility to clear the snow on the sidewalk sections where adjacent properties are not in COD limits.
