Mayfield Place Subdivision

Lawn getting overgrown, especially in backyard. This can cause a haven for snakes and other animals. Neighbors are complaining and we are not sure if house is vacant or not.

Yesterday and Sunday - Foe Killer creek has flooded. Sunday I can understand - lots of rain. Yesterday (7/18) was a normal thunder storm but it flooded. Water looked like a lot of construction run off - which is not normal. Don't know if new drainage work on Mayfield Place entrance is the cause. I also know there is construction off of Hopewelland Vaughan - which is the source of the creek

Foe Killer Creek overflowing throughout Mayfield Place. Unacceptable since the city indicated the culvert work done on Mayfield Road would "fix" these issues.

Our neighborhood is 15 years old and most of the street lights are engulfed by trees, branches and leaves. When walking at night and running in the early am, the streets are too dark and the sidewalks are difficult to walk down. Please trim around these light poles in Mayfield Place so our streets and sidewalks can be safe again: 6,5,4,2,25,18,19, 16.

Actually, we are reporting a Car exterior damage due to a recent Roadwork. The cement dust got coated over the car, and did not come off in a car wash.
Pls help us cleaning it. There might be special treatment for such situations.

Bad asphalt repair after utility work. Somebody said it was the gas company, but I am not sure. This is at the exit of Mayfield Place so a lot of cats hit it. It seems to be deteriorating.

Erosion hole under sidewalk, potentially draining into storm sewer

The street light in front of 1465 Richards Circle is malfunctioning. Most of the time it does not light. However, on occasion the light does come on for a short period, less than two hours. It leaves a very dark area in the neighborhood.

Street light is out of the corner of Richards Cir and Mayfield Manor Dr.

The address is my house. In the lot behind my house an old house was demolished. Some debris and equipment remains. There is a beeping noise that occurs about every 10 seconds around the clock. Could someone check it out? Thanks!

Something to check into come Spring... Most of the length of sidewalk in front of this house is deteriorating.

A big rut is developing in the street(asphalt) in front of my house. It almost looks like it is sinking in from the garbage truck going over that part of the street.
