I was told the area is experiencing the same problem Additionally yesterday the telephone pole behind the building was lit on fire by a vagrant One of our tenants' students caught it in time and put it out. This is the second time in a year it's happened The City must address the homeless issue in the alley way between Truman and San Mateo Drug use, vandalism and break-ins are occurring .,!..,,.,
