    While traveling towards 64 East on 540 there are several overpass transitions that just about break the chains holding down the load on my trailer. I have whitnessed several objects dislodged from vehicles when then encounter this bump.

    What's the point of the town of Knightdale having a tethering ordinance if no one ever patrols or enforces it? I know of several dogs tethered on giant chains in Carrington Woods who constantly bark and Nothing is ever done!

    This intersection out of large neighborhoods has become more and more busy during rush hour and the obstructed view in both directions has made it very dangerous to pull out into traffic. To the north there is a bend in the road and vegetation obstructing the view, and to the south there is a hill and vegetation. Perhaps this issue could be solved easily with some roadside trimming and possibly some mirrors? Or perhaps the only solution would be a light?
