    There is an unused parking lot/section of East Shore Park behind the basketball courts that would be ideal for a skatepark. Edgewood shouldn't be the only go-to park in the city for kids who skateboard or ride BMX's. It's a perfect location for this, and the city should see if they can get someone to underwrite it. If Westville can have one, East Shore Park--which is used by thousands of people every day for baseball, basketball, volleyball, soccer, tennis, bike-riding, walking and running--should, too.

    This feature was recently installed in a very bad place, in the sandbox. The drainage is also not adequate making it a breeding ground for mosquitoes. There is a much better area it could be moved to just a few feet away. The children could more easily run and more drainage holes could be added

    Spring also means that hordes of parents show up at East Shore Park's baseball fields and park illegally along Woodward Avenue so they can set up camp along the road to watch their children's games. They block the entire shoulder, making this very busy road difficult to pass. I'm forced into the road for quite a stretch when I'm out running w/ my 1 year-old in a stroller. Not safe. Please ticket and tow!

    I was walking East Shore Park yesterday and the grass is totally overgrown. A lot of people utilize that walk and ticks are a problem this year. It also represents the city in a very demeaning way, a small portion is cut, the remainder of the grass is very high. Come on parks and rec, you guys are better than that. It looks disgusting.

    East Shore Park is a mess. There is overflowing garbage, graffiti on all the dugouts, platforms of exploded fireworks, broken chains on the entrances, weedy tennis courts... Can the city please do something about this?

    This is an accident waiting to happen. There should be STOP SIGNS on Tuttle- especially at the exit of east shore park. The Yield signs only belong on Woodward.

    Grass needs to be cut and ivy pulled out and off of trees along roads and paths or the trees will die. This will cost a lot more to replace trees than labor costs to fix this.

    The fitness circuit hardware in East Shore Park has been rotting away for a while & some was lost to the erosion repair done a few years ago. Are there any plans to replace the equipment? Would the city consider replacing it if the cost of the new equipment was crowdsourced or donated?
