Well known drug den is now cook site for making crack. Know drug dealers frequent house. Children live here and are often used a front by drug dealers to avoid police. Owner of house is fully aware of activites that go on in house.

Someone has dumped yard waste, old wood, and a tire behind my house. Please schedule a pick up. Please note that the addresses on my block are out of order; it reads as 3128 on gps. It's in front of a 6 foot wooden fence, not the chain link fence on either side.

I have reported this issue to the police department Sector 412 Chris Gleason, who forwarded to Robert Capocelli, who was suppose to look into the issue. That was Feb 13th, door is now wide open. Picture is from 2/28/2015

Trash and debris from owners Super can, spills over and is again strewn all about the alleyway. This is an unwelcome sight to both pedestrians and vehicular traffic. Asking the city site the owner for littering, not monitoring the Super Can from the alleyway access and failure to upkeep her fence and property from her fence line to the middle of the alleyway.

Will the City please write this property tenants a ticket for blowing their front yard leaves into the street. We just had leaf/street cleaning last Wednesday. A sign was even posted in front ofd the house before the cleaning. She waits until the street looks great then blows all her yard leaves into the street. She should be ticketed and made to pick them up, bag them, and place them in the alley for trash pick up on Wednesday Mornings. PLEASE HELP US! We are trying so hard to clean up our neighborhood. This was blatant insult after we cleaned HER PART OF THE ALLEY of debris and bulk dumped items.

On several occasions it has been noted that men are going into the rear of this property, pulling down their trousers and using the bathroom [squatting position]. They then proceed to undress and change into other clothing. Entire process is in the corner near the satellite dish. Police have not had time to respond. Backyard is unsecured as the gate is off the hinges.

There is an abandoned bus in the back alley of my house that has become dangerous. The windows are broken and transient people have been starting to sleep inside of it.

This property appears to be a lodginghouse and has had many police/fire/EMS calls in the recent weeks. I am concerned it is a zoning or fire code violation. Thank you.

Tree located between the sidewalk and the street has several branches that are broken and hanging precariously from a very high spot on the tree [top side closest to the residence]. Once the branches break free from the main tree the trajectory and speed of those branches will create substantial damage to the vehicles parked beneath. Asking that the tree be assessed and broken branches removed promptly. Thank you.
