    Hello. There is a white car always parked on Oak Knoll Drive/Live Oak (approximately) in Emerald Hills area that is making it difficult to drive around with other cars coming up or down the road. And if emergency vehicles need to get around. This white sedan has been blocking the view of oncoming cars or pedestrians as well. It is parked below 3535 Oak Knoll. And blocking their stairs as well. It’s across from 3534 Oak Knoll Drive.
    You should put a sign up “no parking”.

    Light pollution from new light poles is illuminating my property and windows all night.

    I think there’s two problems: there should be light shields on the light poles so the light is only focused on the area intended. These should comply with California Title 24 which requires motion and daylight sensors.

    Please contact the general contractor (James Robert Obayashi) and ensure their subcontractors are following local codes. Thanks
