    Intersects with Sigmon Road- now used for Sherriff's Dept / EMS. Road is now a shortcut to CMC Lincoln. Witnessed two near miss MVCs on 2 consecutive days. Traffic backs up for people trying to get in an out of Goodwill. Traffic congestion always in mornings and between 3 and 5pm.
    Can make intersection traffic signals like the ones installed at Generals Blvd and Gaston Street (Warlick Funeral Home). East and West turns have own turn signals. There would be no need for paving, re-grading, etc.

    There is a man hole that is there and there is a pothole that is creating aroun it. It is getting bigger and deeper eveyday when you go over it, it makes your car shake and can cause damager to vehicles

    Hello. This is a vacant Modular home left vacant and it has grown up now with tall weeds. There is wood in the back where the people left and they used it around their above ground pool. They did not clean up around it. No bank or no one has been there to see about it and it is beginning to really cause a mess and we are afraid it is going to cause rodents to start coming to nearby neighbors homes. At times you can smell an odor from the back and not sure what that is. I know other neighbors are concerned about this too but just did not know what to do about it or afraid just don't know about some of the people in this neighborhood but I just want everyone to be safe and want it to look better.     Help !! Our neighbor at 321 E. Rhodes Street has at least 6 dogs in his back yard along with chickens.. ( we live in the city limits ) chickens are not allowed. The dogs are the biggest problem.. When they start barking you can hear them over a block away.. The neighbors have reported this to the Police and animal control but they don't do anything about it.. My neighbor that lives across the street from me can't even go into their back yard because it starts the dogs to barking.. He also works on the night shift and has to sleep during the day. You have to hear how loud these dogs bark.. I was working in the yard today and someone stopped in front of my house and ask me how I sleep at night.. He said thank god I live 2 blocks away ! We the neighbors are hopping that you can help us.. If Channel 3 can't get us help I don't know who can.. IF you are able to help us I would like to keep my name private because I do have to live in the neighborhood and would like to get along with this neighbor.. I was told that his father was the Mayor at one time many yrs ago and that's why he has gotten away with having all of these animals in the city limits..

    The food at East Lincoln Middle School is greasy and unhealthy for the students that go there. With the over weight population I think that the food there should be healthier.

    For over a year, there has been an underground water leak in the parking lot at the Lincoln County Dept. of Social Services. This leak not only is wasting water, but poses a threat to the employees as they walk/drive over the leak when it is frozen. Not to mention the possibility of a sink hole. DSS officials have notified county officials, but nothing seems to be getting done. Enough is enough. Someone needs to fix this problem.

    In the entrance of the student parking section there are very large pot holes over 1 foot in diameter. They have already caused shock damage to my vehicle and this entrance is used all day long due to it being the School of Technology

    This house in the neighborhood has been left abandoned. The grass has grown very tall and is a potential area for snakes. Several calls to the city of Lincolnton have been made but the grass hasn't been cut.
