    For the THIRD time this week alone I've seen close calls because people do not stop at this yield sign. How many accidents and near accidents need to happen here before we get a light?

    This house address of 5208 W ơn Lake Terrace Ave is only a couple houses on the right side of my house. This house has been for sale and abandoned by the owner and the sale agent for awhile. The grass in its front yard has grown vey tall and without being cut down for many weeks now. It seriously affects in a bad way the landscaping of my neighborhood and may decrease property value on my street, and also could negatively affect image of Daybreak community as a whole.

    Please contact the owner or real estate agent of that house and require them to take care of the front yard of their own property.

    The fencing is between the front of our building and the back of Creative Solar Panel company. Homeless people are going behind and are now living on the side of the I-15 freeway and it is starting to look like a landfill again.

    There is no right turn lane, instead, a large pothole with no asphalt. There is a nice long merge lane on SR 73 for people turning right off of Sunset from the south intersection. We have to wait until the signal turns and all the cars going straight get through the narrow part so you don't bottom out in the pothole. We need that right lane to be paved and open so people can move through that intersection more freely.

    UDOT really needs to do something about this “yield” that no one seems to notice coming off of the I-15 southbound onto Thanksgiving Way. I live in the area and drive this frequently, and no less than 3 times a week am I forced to slam on my breaks or lay on my horn because cars do not slow down and yield to the traffic heading westbound from the freeway underpass!! It is so so dangerous. Please do something with big flashing lights telling drivers to yield, more signage, or something! I’ve witnessed accidents here and nearly been an unwilling participant in them more times than I can count. It’s a terrible design flaw.
