Bethpage

The grading problem, hard seam, is right at the turn from 107 North onto South Oyster Bay Road. South Oyster Bay Road after that, has been repaved and is in good condition. When you get right up to the railroad crossing, another grading problem exists on both side of the tracks (very rough transition on each side). As you continue down the road passing Cambridge Court Senior Housing all the way down to the CVS Stores Driveway, there are many standing seams and ruts, along with some small holes here and there. These problems go across all traffic lanes, both North and South Bound.

the exit ramp from 135 south meets Powell avenue. the exit ramp has 2 lanes (1 for traffic going west (left) onto Powell, 1 for traffic going east ). 1> due to the road markings on Powell ave (the cars travel too close to the far right side of the bridge) and slight turn in the road make is hard to see the oncoming Powell ave cars traveling west, w/o inching out to the roadway. 2> during evening rush hours the traffic on the exit ramp leading to Powell backs up almost to the 135 main road with cars waiting to make the left onto Powell ave east.
A traffic light would provide for a safer intersection for drivers, and the many joggers/bike riders that use this road. The light can be sensor controlled to keep it green on Powell when there are no cars exiting from 135..

The street lighting in the Bethpage Public Library parking lot (Town of Oyster Bay Parking Field No. B3) continually flickers. These lights are acting like a strobe light given the amount they flicker on and off.

the entire length of Farmers Avenue from Stewart Avenue to Haypath Road is riddled with huge potholes .. The road is a mess!!!

Multiple potholes on both the North and Southbound lanes of Plainview Road between the 135 (Seaford Oyster Bay) and the Bethpage State Parkway. Town of Oyster Bay needs to get out there ASAP! Road needs a complete resurface as this problem keeps re-occurring around areas that have been previously filled

Huge pothole 2 feet long 5 inches wide and about 8 inches deep breaking rims and axles on this hole VERY Dangerous fix it before somebody gets Killeen

Road used to have painted lanes for traffic control, heavy fed ex trucks have erased all painted road lanes, arrows,all safety indicators on road surface. Lines need to be repainted.

Two big holes where South Oyster Bay Road and Aerospace drive meet and then 50 or so holes on Aerospace Blvd before you come to Stuart Ave. Many are 4 or 5 inches deep, everybody is swerving to miss them during the day and probably hitting the holes at night

northbound right lane, at intersection of Hazel St./New South Rd./Bloomingdale Rd. Still has not been fixed.
