    There are 5 inch wide potholes parallel to the curb about 2 yards away from the curb and 2-3 yeards long. They are very dangerous for biking.

    A large pothole on southbound Sunnyvale-Saratoga Road at Homestead Rd, right lane, directly in front of the Auto repair shop.

    This oblong pothole is more than 8" long, 3+" wide and 3" deep. If it gets any larger, it will be a hazard for motorcyclists.

    the road surface at the merge to HWY 85 is very poor and is a distraction to safe merging during rush hour.

    Some pothole on entry ramp have recently been fixed. This is great, but some large potholes still exist at the end of the merge.

    A long line of deep potholes on Homestead Rd. between Blue Jay and Blaney (up to and beyond PG&E Yard).

    These potholes are 4 inches deep and some are quite long 8-15". Potholes like this are VERY DANGEROUS for Motorcyclists. Additionally, they create serious hazards for street vehicles on rough roads (tire damage, etc.)

    Potholes make this stretch of road very UNSAFE and we ask the City of Cupertino to immediately assess and repair the street so that it will be safe for motorcyclists and drivers.

    City of Sunnyvale has already declined repairs as they indicated that this side of the street is CUPERTINO's RESPONSIBILITY.

    Your immediate attention to this matter is requested.

    We will be notifying the Cupertino City Attorney as well. The City has liability here in the event that accidents, injuries or fatalities occur b/c the city is not properly maintaining its roadway.

    There is a water manhole broken badly on intersection of janice and cameron in Cupertino. Someone's leg can easily fall into it - very easy to get hurt if you don't see it! Please fix!

    Entering 280 South from De Anza Blvd, there are 2-3 potholes one has to slalom around. At least one of them is when the on ramp and main road are merging, which makes it a pain to merge correctly.

    There is a small pot hole that is getting larger every day. There are no sidewalks at this address and a lot of students walk this area and I'm afraid someone is going to get hurt.
