    why must the person second floor put his trash on the back porch when the barrel are just a few feet away. trash has been there for 3 weeks now and more gets added. trash in thus area is on Wednesday but the person is to lazy to put it where it belongs so the trash men can grab it. the landlord to this property is this person ex-stepfather like really have more respect for your neighbors 😒 something needs to get done if it wasn't cold out we would have rats by now
