There are when on Oak ave to cross over the pike. But not in either direction on the pike(at Oak ave). This causes congestion on Baltimore pike in either direction.

Coming up from Springfield it is at the crest of a hill and you can not see anyone coming. The traffic moves so fast and there is entrances to parking lots all along this one intersection, making it hard to judge how fast the oncoming traffic is moving. This intersection is treacherous I live at this intersection and will drive out of my way to avoid it. -

It makes no sense to me why a busy & dangerous intersection does not have left turn signals on all 4 corners. This needs to be done immediately.
