No lies or bull**** and I'm not exactly sure if that's legal anymore.. nice police officer that listened🤔 no judgement. To me it means there are still have human beings and is human.. thanks... SMITH.. name on his badge.. WOW.. much props. Keep being a police officer...

    The entrance from Hamden St going on to Fairfield Ave is extremely narrow and the snow mounds on the corner are so high we can't see cars coming when trying to leave Fairfield Ave. The plow drivers did a horrible job plowing in this area.

    Left the entire street in front of my driveway unplowed and untreated. The one who does the salting never salts in front so here is the sheet of ice I'm forced to deal with. Neverending issue and somehow it still continues to be although it's been addressed before. Please come treat and plow the street properly at the end. With this storm coming and it already in this condition that would make it impossible to get out in case of emergency.

    Didn’t plow 18 feet in front of 2 houses, AGAIN!!!

    This is getting unsafe for both residential houses that have to clear the ROAD. Not just in front of our driveways.

    This is now the second complaint this season.
    This is a major violation and creating unsafe conditions that could lead to serious health problems which now you are responsible for.
    It is NOT my responsibility to clear the actual road which has been an ongoing issue since 2006 with no resolution!!!

    Snow on the road IS NOT PLOWED ONCE AGAIN!! Are you serious with this amount of snow for this pathetic attempt at plowing.
    I’m so aggravated that we have to remove snow from the actual road (your job) and every year I have to submit a complaint.
    I will be escalating this manner. Also, if I have to clear the actual road I will be sending you a bill . If I have to hire a plow driver so this doesn’t keep happening - I will be sending you that bill!!
    This situation leaves my house and my neighbors are severe health risk especially silly the amount of snow . I will state this: it’s not snow left at the end of our driveways , it’s the actual road as in 1 car lane!!!

    Enough is enough!!

    Hastings Street needs to be plowed! Low profile cars getting suck, odd side of street still piled with fallen snow. Unplowed road going to get hard and become ice chunks. Completely unsafe and unacceptable.

    I live at Dresser Ave at the end of the street by the side road, Paper. Can someone come and salt & sand this area. Also once the weather warms up, can we fix the potholes.

    Significant ice and compacted snow at stop sign. Several cars have slid through the intersection unable to stop. The entirety of Irene street is caked in snow while other main roads are completely clear. Off shoots of Ingham street have not been touched. But the intersection is the most concerning as I live on that corner and am concerned a car will not be able to stop

    Street was only salted the last two snow storms. The cul-de-sac was only salted one time going around which means half of it wasn’t done. Very icy now with a severe storm coming

    Marshall Ave hasn't been plowed after the snowfall & now with the freezing rain it's going to be solid ice come morning commute time. Cars are sliding & people are slipping around. Residents have fallen In the 5 yrs we've lived here it has been plowed 2x after we've had to call. This is UNEXCEPTABLE

    The last two storms the salt truck has not salted the whole street stopping 10 feet before my driveway at 30 Grandview Street. There are 3 additional houses that are impacted by this. You can see a clear demarcation on the road where the salt was dropped which is effectively melting the snow versus the remaining portion of the street. I personally saw the truck stop during each storm. If the town is not going to plow our street then they need to support the safety of all taxpayers by doing a complete job salting.
