Vehicles are speeding through the neighborhood excessively with no regard to speed limit or courtesy, using the center turn lane as a passing zone, running stop signs in the area, slamming on their brakes to avoid collisions, being disrespectful to neighborhood rules and school zone rules, etc. With the new Beardsley and 101 extension coming to completion, vehicles won't even need to come to a stop any longer at 81st and Beardsley. There is also no traffic light at 81st Ave. and Deer Valley Rd. There are walkers, bikers, lots of kids that walk along 81st avenue between Deer Valley and Beardsley, there is a school approximately half way between. With no traffic lights and now a roundabout due to be completed, its scary to think what kind of speeds are exceeded in the very near future. Speed humps, bumps, or calming areas are needed, and I have not seen or heard of any word of them coming.

Just have a concern about the Greenway between Lowden and Palo Brea, on the east side about halfway through there are tree roots, probably 6 inches in diameter that are sticking out of the dirt. My sister hit one about two months ago and went down and yesterday I was walking the dogs and I went down on one in the right side of the trail, I had my knee replaced in August and fell on it that concerned me more but I’m OK, just thought I’d turn this in before somebody really gets hurt. They’re almost the same color of the dirt so they’re kind of hard to see unless you’re paying a lot of attention to the trail , just concerned somebody’s gonna get hurt and another thing. I think you guys are doing an amazing job.!!

The garbage can at the top of the waterfall is full and still open. It's been like this since Monday, November 21. There needs to be a cover on the garbage can and it needs to be emptied out regularly. That isn't been done at this time and it looks awful. I reported this same issue about a month ago and it hasn't been addressed.

There's an irrigation box directly behind our lot at the west end that has had an active bees nest in it for months. I have reported it twice over the past 6 months but no one has done anything about it. Can you please remove the bee hive before someone or our dog gets stung?

Wanting to confirm that a replacement shrub will be installed per previous incident 14434977 in Spring. That case indicated it would be replaced in the Fall, which we are now halfway through. I just don't want to end up in a situation where it gets postponed because of weather changes.

Hello, someone for the past several weeks has not been properly disposing of their Pet’s waste. They pick up the poop, put it in a dog poop bag and have been leaving their bags along the curb of the greenbelt park located at Westward Skies and Miner Trail. This is a disgusting disgrace to our community and an eyesore. Unfortunately we have new neighbors who do not seem to care or take pride in our community. Thank you!
