The storm drain near 12130 N Hickory trace is clogged as well as the large drain further in the yard. Water will not drain properly and is washing away grass vegitation and pine straw leaving the yard unsightly. This has been reported many times to no avail

Problem:
There is no side walk from the bridge up until the spring gate subdivision (approximately 700 feet). At this point the side walk begins on the other side of the road.
Due to the lack of sidewalk, there are many adults and children alike are crossing the 700 feet pass by either walking on the road itself or by walking 2-3 inches away from the road. This is incredibly dangerous for the pedestrian as well as the drivers on Rucker St. I along with many drivers have had to swerve at 35mph after seeing a pedestrian precariously crossing this area only a few inches from the road. Pedestrians wanting to simply enjoy a morning or evening walk place themselves in mortal peril by crossing this pass. By creating a break in sidewalk, we have in essence segregated the two communities living on either side and significantly discouraged them from walking towards the other side.

Simple Solution:
Connect the existing side walk from before the bridge with the existing sidewalk 200 feet past Harris road. By connecting the two, you will ensure that drivers and pedestrians can coexist safely AND that pedestrians will not have to cross the road after the bridge and jaywalk unnecessarily.

I reported this issue on 11/6/2019. On the 12th Code Enforcement reported the owner was in compliance. That evening I saw the Jeep at the end of the driveway For Sale again. Today is November 22nd and at 5:50pm, it was at the end of the driveway AGAIN. How hard is it to get homeowners to comply with the residential codes of Alpharetta?

Construction vehicles are constantly parking on the sidewalks. I’ve seen this car parked by the American Legion at least 10 times even though there’s a parking lot right there. Today I saw 4 vehicles parked on the sidewalk between Michaela Dr and Wills Rd, even with side streets/grass available. This is unsafe for walkers/bike riders. I’ve had to walk in the rd many times because the road construction crews use the sidewalk as a parking lot

There is a sidewalk on the West side of Harris road that stops about 20 or 30 yards short of Rucker Road. Please add the rest of the side walk to Rucker Road.

The construction crew on Rucker are rude and not competent. There should be more workers to direct traffic so the you don't have to backup in a closed area to get out of the Fairfax neighborhood when one of the entrances is closed.

Those that are directing traffic are half paying attention and get ticked off when you are not sure which way to go.

Additionally, I apparently was driving to slow for one of their workers and they gave me "the finger." If I had not been trying to get to work, I would have stopped and spoken to a supervisor.

The new roundabout has an issue with cars coming from south Rucker Road.
Those cars are going so fast they are not yielding.
Cars going around from Charlotte to North Rucker Road are going to end up getting hit by the cars coming from south Rucker Road because they are not yielding.

There is a problem w the Rucker Rd corridor between wills rd and houze rd. There are 18 wheeler semis traveling (and speeding) as well as many many other speeders. When they completed the sidewalks, there were some police activity monitoring the road for speeders but now it seems that there is rarely any police stationed along that stretch of Rucker Rd. Now, cars are speeding in the roundabouts as if it's a race track. Thank you kindly.

I live in the Fairfax neighborhood and recently took my car in for a service. The dealer told me that my Bushings were completely destroyed and asked me if I lived off of Rucker Road, I said yes. They told me that all the road work had caused my bushings to fail, the repairs will cost $3,800.00. I would like to put in a claim for damages.

According to research, it is in violation to have a rooster on private property in the City of Alpharetta. This annoying rooster crows before the sun comes up and continues doing so throughout the day.
