    There is a man that hangs out in cool springs park all day every day that puts something heavy on a water fountain button EVERY DAY, to make the fountain run. This happens every day for hours on end. I cannot imagine how much water is wasted each day, probably a hundred gallons. Please help!! I am afraid to ask him to stop as he has some mental issues and gets into arguments with strangers regularly.

    Good Morning,

    The reason I’m sending you a message is. This morning there were two cars broken into between Franklin and Broom on 8th street in front of the park. This is not the first time that there have been cars broken into on this block. I’ve had my car broken into twice in ten years on this block. And I’ve seen other cars besides mines get broken into. Now I know we cannot just eliminate it all together. But I do know in order to hinder this, there needs to be better lighting in that block. There are two street lights that do not light up on that block. And that could be a problem. Can you please send someone to fix the street lights along that block? Too many cars are being broken into and I think the lighting may hinder some of that.
